How do I connect Zoho CRM to CloseChimp?+
Open the Integrations tab in CloseChimp, pick Zoho CRM, and enter your credentials. Once connected you can pause, reactivate, or remove the integration any time.
Can I map LinkedIn fields to my own Zoho fields?+
Yes. CloseChimp ships a visual field mapper — map any CloseChimp field to a matching Zoho field, including your custom modules. You can add an unlimited number of mappings.
Can I send a hardcoded value into Zoho?+
Yes. Use Add custom value to write a fixed string into any Zoho field. For example, always write "CloseChimp" into the Lead Source field so every record is attributable.
Which contacts get synced to Zoho CRM?+
You choose at the final step of the campaign. Sync All Contacts sends every prospect, Sync Only Those Who Accepted sends only accepted connections, and Sync Only Those Who Answered sends only prospects that reply.
Can I sync contacts manually?+
Yes. Bulk-select contacts from My Network or the CloseChimp Inbox and click Add to CRM, or push them one-by-one from the CloseChimp Surfer extension while browsing LinkedIn.
Can I create Zoho deals from the CloseChimp inbox?+
Yes. Click Create a deal on any conversation, pick the deal name, pipeline, and stage, and CloseChimp creates the deal in Zoho attached to the right enriched contact.
Do LinkedIn messages sync into Zoho?+
Yes. Every outgoing and incoming LinkedIn message is written to the matching Zoho contact timeline. Email replies are synced too when you run multichannel sequences.
Does message sync depend on the contact-sync mode I picked?+
Yes. Messages and emails follow the contact-sync mode you selected: if only accepted connections sync to Zoho, only messages with those contacts sync too. Same logic for the reply-only mode.
Will duplicate contacts be created?+
No. CloseChimp deduplicates against your existing Zoho contacts by email and LinkedIn URL before writing, so your CRM stays clean.
Does this support multiple LinkedIn accounts on one Zoho org?+
